Departure and arrival times for guests: Arrivals between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. Departure no later than 11 a.m.
DEPOSIT : 30% on booking (50% in high season)
Remaining balance: due on arrival.
Payment: cash, bank transfer, postal order, credit card

Minimum stay: 2 nights, in high season 4 nights.
Tourist tax: euro 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights, just for person over 16 years age. The value of the accommodation tax is to be reduced by 50% in low season periods (the months of November, December, January and February): Euro 0.50
Cancellation Policy *:
In the event you are unable to take your holiday as planned, we will refund your deposit subject to receipt of written cancellation 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
If 60 days notice is not possible, our policy for written cancellation received prior to arrival is as follows, we retain:
between 30 and 59 days: 30% of the total cost
between 22 and 29 days: 50% of the total cost
between 21 to 0 days: 100% of the total cost
If payment has been made by credit card, the cost will be credited automatically. (cancellations due to force majeure for covid-19 even 1 week before arrival have a refund via deposit voucher )
Only in the event of cancellation of the farmhouse, the hotel will only return the deposit receipt.

In order to accomodate the needs of our guests in this time of uncertanty due to Covid-19, we have decided to make our cancellation terms extremly flexible: in case of government restrictions for COVID emergency (not in case of personal pathology) you will be refunded the full amount of deposit charged by voucher to be used in the next 2 years , for any written cancellations received ANY TIME UNTIL 15 DAYS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED ARRIVAL .
For those who have had a voucher and could not use it due to the extension of the Covid period, upon communication by email we can postpone the expiration date by 1 year.
